• Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear and store it dry, cleaning around the beaded frame where residue collects.
• Avoid prolonged swimming, frequent seawater exposure, bleach, sanitiser and other harsh chemicals.
• Adjust it gently and only as much as you need. Opening and closing the band repeatedly weakens the metal, so once you have found your fit, leave it there and slide the ring on and off instead.
• Store it separately in a pouch or compartment so the open ends don't catch on other pieces.

With regular wear and basic care, most of our pieces hold their finish for around 6 to 12 months. This is an expected-use guide based on how our jewellery performs, not a colour-retention warranty.

No. The stone is green cubic zirconia, not an emerald. "Emerald-cut" describes the rectangular step-cut shape of the stone, not the gemstone it is made from. We do not sell precious gemstones and we make no emerald claim on this piece.

The band is open at the back rather than a closed circle, so it flexes slightly to fit a range of finger sizes. Ease it open or closed gently with your fingers until it sits comfortably, then leave it at that setting and slide the ring on and off from then on.

Will it fit me?

It is designed as one size to fit most, and the open band gives it a good range. If your fingers are at the very small or very large end, an adjustable ring may sit looser or tighter than a sized band would. This ring is not available in fixed sizes 6, 7 and 8.

Can I keep adjusting it?

We would not recommend it. Every open-and-close cycle stresses the metal, and repeated bending will eventually weaken and can break a fine band. Set it once to your comfortable fit and then leave it. Damage caused by repeated adjustment is not covered under our policy.

Will this ring turn black or fade?

The Juno Green Stone Ring is anti-tarnish and made for regular wear. With basic care, most of our pieces hold their finish for around 6 to 12 months. Longevity depends on how often you wear it, your skin chemistry, and exposure to chemicals, so we describe this as expected use rather than a guarantee.

Will the green stone lose its colour?

The colour is part of the stone rather than a surface coating, so it does not wash off or fade with normal wear. Harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners can still dull the surface of any stone, so avoid bleach, sanitiser and jewellery cleaners.

Can I wear this ring in the shower or at the gym?

It is waterproof and sweat-proof, so showering and sweating are fine. Because the band is fine and open, we suggest removing it before lifting weights or gripping gym equipment, since pressure can distort the shape. Also avoid prolonged swimming, seawater and harsh chemicals.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

This ring is skin-friendly and generally less likely to cause irritation. Individual sensitivities do vary, so we cannot guarantee that no reaction will ever occur, and we do not claim it is nickel-free.

As our jewellery pieces are hygiene-sensitive and limited batches, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, size concerns, personal preference, minor color/finish variation due to lighting, delivery delays caused by courier services.

To help us resolve issues quickly and fairly, a full unboxing video is required for any damage or defect claim.

Please ensure the video starts before opening the sealed package, clearly shows the shipping label and invoice, is continuous with no cuts or edits and shows the product clearly upon opening. Without this proof, we may not be able to approve the claim.

Reporting Timeline

Kindly email us your claim with the unboxing video within 2 days of delivery. Requests raised after 2 days may not be eligible, as we are unable to verify handling beyond that time window.

If a defect/damage/dispatch of wrong product is confirmed upon verified by our team, we will arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability. If the item is sold out, you may choose to wait for restock, or receive a refund of the product value. Shipping charges are not refundable.
