Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. Our automated order processing system ensures efficient handling, and once an order is confirmed, our orders are dispatched within 1-2 days of placing the order.
Return/Exchange:
Since we deal in low cost items, we do not allow returns and all orders dispatched are considered final. Hence, we encourage you to thoroughly review their orders before making a purchase decision.

- Parcel damaged during transit
To initiate a replacement, please email us at support@sheeyajuels.in/+91-9871479292 with your concern and attach the unboxing video within 2 days of delivery of the parcel. Any requests received beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for assistance and may not be entertained.
Once we receive your concern and unboxing video, we will review the information provided. Based on our assessment, we will determine the appropriate action to be taken. on support@sheeyajuels.in with a subject 'Return/Exchange Request for Order No. XXXX'.
We offer Reverse Pick-Up services in such case of return/exchange. However, Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of such service in your area pin code. In case of unavailability of Reverse Pick-up in your area, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address and bear the shipping charges by yourself.
Pick-up will be attempted twice by our courier partner. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped.
