Shipping & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 2–7 working days, depending on your delivery location and courier serviceability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high-volume sale periods or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be automatically shared with you via SMS and/or WhatsApp on the mobile number provided while placing your order.

You can also track your order directly through the Track Order option on our website.

Please allow some time after dispatch for the courier partner's tracking information to be updated.

Delivery Details

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code and contact number are entered correctly while placing your order.

Sheeya Juels will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of ordering.

We recommend keeping your registered mobile number accessible around the expected delivery date, as the courier partner may contact you to complete the delivery.
