How to wear it

Hair up, always — a bun, a claw clip or a sleek ponytail. The upper solitaire goes in your second piercing and the bloom stud in your first, letting the two chains fall behind. Gorgeous with backless blouses, off-shoulder tops, sarees, and anything with a high neckline where a necklace won't work.

Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear. Put on your perfume, deodorant and hairspray first, then your jewellery. Store flat in the pouch it arrives in so the two chains don't tangle.

Do I get one earring or a pair? One. The Cascade Bloom Chain Earrings are sold as 1 unit and are designed to be worn in one ear only. If you'd like both ears, please order two.

Why is it designed for one ear? The layered double-chain drape is meant to be an asymmetric statement. Worn on one side with your hair up, it reads as intentional and modern rather than half-finished.

How many piercings do I need? Two piercings on the same ear — the bloom stud sits in the lower one and the solitaire stud in the upper one, with the chains hanging between them.

How long are the chains? There are two: the first layer is 60mm and the second layer is 70mm, which is what creates the cascading double curve.

Will the gold colour come off? It's tarnish free 18K gold plated stainless steel, so it holds its finish through regular daily wear far better than ordinary fashion earrings.

Can I shower or work out wearing it? Yes. The Cascade Bloom Chain Earrings are water resistant, so sweat, showers and humid weather won't damage the finish.

Is it heavy or uncomfortable? No. It's lightweight stainless steel, so even with two chains it stays comfortable through a full day.

Will the two chains get tangled? They're designed to sit as separate layers. Store the earring flat rather than loose in a pouch with other pieces, and lay the chains straight before putting it on.

• Store it with love in a zip-lock or microfibre pouch.

Keep it in a dry, soft pouch or box when not wearing. Store each piece separately to prevent scratches and tangling.

• Avoid harsh chemicals.

While our pieces are plated with thick 18K Gold Plating, it's still best to avoid exposure to strong chemicals, perfumes, lotions etc.

• Wipe Gently

Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use to maintain its shine.

Shipping

We process and dispatch the orders within 1-2 working days from the date of order placed.

Tracking your order: You will receive regular updates about your order on your registered email address and mobile number (Whatsapp).

For a special or preferred delivery date, the customer must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order.

NOTE: Delivery time may vary depending on a shipping embargo on the specific area PIN CODE or weather conditions.

Returns & Exchanges — When Applicable

We currently offer exchanges only if the item received is defective or incorrect.

As our jewellery pieces are hygiene-sensitive and limited batches, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, size concerns, personal preference, minor color/finish variation due to lighting, delivery delays caused by courier services.

To help us resolve issues quickly and fairly, a full unboxing video is required for any damage or defect claim.

Please ensure the video starts before opening the sealed package, clearly shows the shipping label and invoice, is continuous with no cuts or edits and shows the product clearly upon opening. Without this proof, we may not be able to approve the claim.

Reporting Timeline

Kindly email us your claim with the unboxing video within 2 days of delivery. Requests raised after 2 days may not be eligible, as we are unable to verify handling beyond that time window.

If a defect/damage/dispatch of wrong product is confirmed upon verified by our team, we will arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability. If the item is sold out, you may choose to wait for restock, or receive a refund of the product value. Shipping charges are not refundable.
