Our pieces are made to last - here's how to keep them at their best:

• Wear it every day

Yes, really! Our jewellery is waterproof, anti-tarnish, and hypoallergenic.

• Store it with love in a zip-lock or microfibre pouch.

Keep it in a dry, soft pouch or box when not wearing. Store each piece separately to prevent scratches and tangling.

• Avoid harsh chemicals.

While our pieces are plated with thick 18K Gold Plating, it's still best to avoid exposure to strong chemicals, perfumes, lotions etc.

• Wipe Gently

Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use to maintain its shine.

Shipping

We process and dispatch the orders within 1-2 working days from the date of order placed.

Tracking your order: You will receive regular updates about your order on your registered email address and mobile number (Whatsapp).

For a special or preferred delivery date, the customer must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order.

NOTE: Delivery time may vary depending on a shipping embargo on the specific area PIN CODE or weather conditions.

Returns & Exchanges — When Applicable

We currently offer exchanges only if the item received is defective or incorrect.

As our jewellery pieces are hygiene-sensitive and limited batches, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, size concerns, personal preference, minor color/finish variation due to lighting, delivery delays caused by courier services.

To help us resolve issues quickly and fairly, a full unboxing video is required for any damage or defect claim.

Please ensure the video starts before opening the sealed package, clearly shows the shipping label and invoice, is continuous with no cuts or edits and shows the product clearly upon opening. Without this proof, we may not be able to approve the claim.

Reporting Timeline

Kindly email us your claim with the unboxing video within 2 days of delivery. Requests raised after 2 days may not be eligible, as we are unable to verify handling beyond that time window.

If a defect/damage/dispatch of wrong product is confirmed upon verified by our team, we will arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability. If the item is sold out, you may choose to wait for restock, or receive a refund of the product value. Shipping charges are not refundable.
